Ah, so it has a different top mount setup, which means your case would only work for Mazda3 peeps.

It's an old thread I know ��....
But my burning question if anyone is on the forum anymore , is why can't this plate mod be used in the Kia tranny centre section part of the tranny case.
From what I read it is only for a g series mazda centre section ..... I always thought the Kia and Mazda G series cases in design are the same..Comment

After Reading this full thread I was under the impression you had to use a Mazda G series center case.
But thats great news that the Kia center case can also be utilized.
I have a KIA tranny I will be putting in a Mfacotry LSD and while its apart wanted to do a Plate mod for future upgrades
I have planned for more HP/GTR motor build.
PS are you missing your Mazda ?? having an itch to get back into a BG ? lol
