the crossmember that goes from the front radiator support back, is the same.

I got a pic of it, will post tonite. I held the v6 one up next to the one bolted on my 323, and it is identiacal from waht I can tell... I havent tried to bolt it up or anything, but I would suspect they are the same part.

The shift linkage looks the same, but as jitb said the lengths are probably different. The v6 tranny is alot bigger, and sits closer to the firewall, and is probably shorter.... It does have the same bends infront of the cat on the underside though.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

the crossmember is the same, its just that the bolt holes on it are different b/c of the tranny mounts. AND you will need to get the upper passenger side mount off of the v6. The Bp mount goes straight, and the v6 one goes back and around.

I CANT BELIEVE I THREW AWAY THE CROSSMEMBER I HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..last time i clean up the garage...lol

im pondering honing out the old piston rings?....(i was talking with bpt323, he suggested doing this, im not sure exactly what he called it) and overboring it, then put in new piston rings. does anyone know where i can get new piston rings for the klde engine?

is that the fuel filter bolted to the top of the tranny?

Looks like the v6 one to me... is there a serial number on it anywhere?
