GTX on MS1 problems

    for the most part 12-13... after8psi im off my ve table so it goes up to 14-15 according to the datalog.

    how do i change the ve table in the megalog viewer so i can mapfor the extra boost?

    cuz even withthe boost cuz set at 150kpa it continues to boost almost like the wastegate isnt opening

      do you have your wastegate line hooked up on the turbo? they do like to creep a lot....

          you need to have a map that covers your entire MAP range that you are seeing... the sensor can read up to 250kpa (21.6 psi of boost)

            i got a 4bar so i can go higher then that.. ill check the wastegate lines again.. but they all seemed to be fine b4 i put the engine in...

              its probably just creeping, then.

              i'd send you my map if i had it... try using the fuel table from alex's map on imazda

                i thought that if it was creeping then it wouldnt be consistant... where as if i go full throttle i get up to around 14psi every time. the manifold air temp. is determined by the IAT sensor yes?

                  yes iat = intake air temp

                  i'm not sure why it would be doing that. i know matt had his wastegate actuator fail and hes running 19psi... lol

                    yea but isnt the vj20 pretty much just makin heat after 15psi..

                    and if i have the boost cut at 9psi on the MS y isnt it cuttin fuel/spark

                    i mean isnt that the point of it?

                      ive never used MS1e, MS2 doesnt have boost cut so ive never used it...

                      and yes, the vj20 is pointless after 15psi

                        mayb its not boost cut exactly but in the advanced tab in megatune where the launch control and other stuff is. there is an over boost protection.. if thats not boost cut wut is it?

                          checked my spark plugs today.. and wow im glad i did they are super white..

                          this tuning **** is hard.. at idle im so rich im almost boggin out and dying but under light load im lean as hell.. and past 50% throttle im all over the place..

                          could makinmy gap smaller from .040 to like .030 make it run a little richer?
