No one can argue that haveing an oil pressure gauge is not a good idea!

I'd much rather know if the oil pump is gradually losing pressure, BEFORE it gives out, that way the problem can be corrected before its too late. Either way if it were me i'd replace the oil pump before I turbo'd my car, well my car has over 150,000 of what seems to be hard miles on it (****tards that had the motor before me) oh well..............
I agree, and I wonder if you could just use the stock sensor as a sender. I've had the engine down 2 quarts, lifters clacking, and the stock light still didn't light up, heh, so much for telling me when I'm low on oil.

Oh yeah, irregardless isn't a word.

Yeah, my autometer boost gauge is off about 2~3 PSI.

I guess the sensor could work, if it sends the right signals to the gauge.

Really, irregardless isn't a word? Learn something new everyday haha! Maybe I, I don't know n/m.

The "irr" prefix is redundant. Regardless is the word.

Actually, I misstated my previous post. The oil pressure switch does not activate until 3.6psi. That means it does not read anything until 3.6psi of pressure is achieved. The light is controlled by the ECU. Why did you say something about 3.0psi?

What is up with your attitude?
