the girl who took the vids is working on her bfa in graphics design, but she does a LOT of photography and videography of cars. show cars, race cars, etc. - so she is pretty darn good at it

she made my sig as well btw, and i think she is working on a new one with photos from this weekend.

Holy Smokes!!! Congratulations on not having issues with the trans swap, and all the fab/machine work---right out of the box into the 11's is amazing!!! I don't think people realize how hard it is to get it right---much less the first time...Hey I give discounts on cages to guys that can do repeatable runs in the 11's!!!

Well done, after all that work. Slicks is where it's at with any sort of real FWD power. I don't buy any of the 'if I can't do it on street tires it isn't worth it' hoopla.

Just be careful, because if you screw up and run an 11.3 or so, then a very evil (and expensive) thought will start creeping up, and it's almost impossible to fend off - the quest for 10s....don't say I didn't warn you.

Nice work mate, are you running a GZE box or a 3S box?

                          neither

it is a 1MZFE box, roughly equivalent to the 93+ 3SGTE box but with the shift linkage flipped for FWD and slightly taller gear ratios.

Dan - the car is already pretty unruly on the street, i think 11's is plenty fast enough for me!

nah i dont think this bottom end would take 10's, i would need to build a whole new motor. i'm pretty darn close to the limit right now. remember, stock GTR pistons are still cast...

i never said 12's was enough, i always said that i wanted to get it into the 11's
