    Your right the nascar bars kind of get in the way now---they aren't running the aluminum doors with the carbon door panels---so I didn't get to cut them up...darn!!! They're getting a ridiculously over priced carbon GT kit which is supposed to have front fenders, hood, and doors with a GT3 front bumper---makes panels quick/easy to replace (and they're light) during the race/after cuts down on repair costs between events...these I may reproduce for them for about 1/5th the cost.

      The body work is done---3 days---that was fast. The headers should be here today (as well as the car). Turns out the 360 suspension is getting put on and the spindles/hubs/brakes are arriving today from Italy---the logistics of this program are a fulltime job! In the meantime, the boxsters in my shop had offspring! I'm not complaining, but why do people wait until January to start their builds when the season opener is in January/February??? Three escorts and three boxsters---a happy shop!

                    The flat bottom has to be "flat" and the Ferrari's rear section has fins/channels so Grand-am won't let it fly---even though it's oem...Ours will be flat aluminum with all the holes/drains cut out---a real pain!

                          Yeah their very reasonable---stainless with coating's for about half what the normal guy charges---competition specialties out of Florida I believe---comes with an ecu flash so the brain wont lean out...

                              It's MAP based---I'm guessing for a while now---I'm not familiar with the engines at all though---the rest of the car I have a pretty good feel for now.

                                Where the headers meet the collectors, are they fit snugly inside and kept together by a spring? I didn't see any flex piping in the exhaust...
