Bought some front end parts and installed them, got some welding done to where the control arms bolt up and got a front lower tie made & installed for the front end.

      Front parts to installed

Lower tie bar (will have to do until i purchase the one that turbinetech http://www.turbinetech.ca/produit_de...?lang=AN&id=81 )

      B4 installation

      After installation

Just need some colour and it good to go.

Then modify this rear strut tower bar to fit my car rear strut tower.

Next on the list is to install some outer cv boot, bleed the brakes then off to the alignment stand.

i am guessing he means for rust. probably nothing you have to worry about from the looks of your under side of the car!

Oh the strut towers are good. I am having little rust problem under the flooring of the driver side about 3" of rusty metal that needs removal & passenger side about 6"

Yes I do infact mean watch for rust... Quite frankly I don't even know what to recommend because I've seen 2 of these cars break as a result of this and both looked fine from the inside of the trunk... So maybe just do a once over in the top of the shock tower from below and make sure there is nothing there.

Just a small update with wats happen with my car.

What i done to my 323 today.

Repaired leaking oil pressure gauge line that runs off the t fitting block.

                              Installed new front engine mount.

Radiator fan motor stop working so i temp replace it with an 8" a/c fan

                              Needs attending
                              Air condition
                              Leaking wind shield
Lateral links needs replacing (already in the mail)
Brakes (need 8 mx6 front lugs & Mitsubishi Galant 10.4" front rotors to complete the conversion)
                              New 12" radiator flat fan
                              Installing HID
Acquiring parts for the t3/t4 upgrade
                              Install roof lining
                              New carpet

Gearbox leaking oil from where shifter connects

Turbo smoking * (cheaper to replace than repair)

                              Items i have to install
Poly urethane bushing to fit into the lateral links (the pair closer to the (r) bumper)
Gates racing timing belt (not installing until i acquire oil pump, water pump & timing belt tensioner kit)
80A liquid urethane kit for front & side engine mounts. Here is a DIY link http://elantragtclub.tr****.com/elantra/id557.html

                              Future mods
BG GTX Front seats or equivalent & rewarped back seats
                              Install engine management
                              Piston & rods
Arp studs (head, main stud kit & rods bolt)
                              ACL Race bearings
                              Genuine Mazda head gasket
                              550 cc injectors @ least
                              Then Toy box conversion

Wanted to install the EVO 8 tdo5hr 16g but it cost a bit too much to deal with @ the moment as i would need to acquire the evo exhaust manifold, elbow & downpipe. Where all i would need with a t3/t4 is to weld on t3 flange onto my exhaust manifold and bolt up the Garret t3/t4 with the relative fittings @ way less than half the cost for the tdo5 conversion. Then i can save towards a real turbo Garret GT3071R.

I will sort out all of the need attending issues before spraying the car or doing any more performance mods to the car.
