Dude if your going to get axles welded up why not use the bf outers so you can use your bf hubs and you don't have to buy bg hubs and you won't have to worry about the alingment issues the hubs will give you

Simple, until you need to mess around with the rotors and deal with pressing out bearings and matched spacers. BG hubs would be easier to maintain, but a little more challenging to install.

bf axles are not large enough diameter shafts to match the 626 ones. Plus I have two brand new Escort GT axles and DOM sleeves already machined and waiting. I almost had a free pair of hubs and knuckles but I couldn't get the axle nuts off, snapped my good breaker bar, but it was a craftsman so I can exchange it tomorrow.

I want to get rid of the stock bearings too, I've had nothing but trouble with them, even when I supposedly had the done "the right way" at a KIA dealership.

they bolt in just fine for me, all you have to do is adjust the toe. I am running camry V6 front struts and they have ovaled holes so the distance is just enough to run BG hubs without any modification, and I get a little camber adjustment out of them too.

well I got my PRD cap, I have spark at the plug wires too... just no fire... Maybe I am out of gas? I dunno... thinking about pouring a little past the throttlebody.

                  compression?

unhook your fuel line and try starting it. if you get a stream, you know you are at least getting fuel to the injectors. then you just have to make sure the injectors are working. a multimeter is one of the best tools for this part of the swap.

I have one. I'm gonna put a little fuel in the intake, if it fires then I know what my issue is. man this just isn't coming easy...

yeah it waas a pain. this is the main plug that you need, at least it was for me anyway. the wires in this connector are for the dizzy, injectors, and one of those wires split to pretty much every sensor on the engine.

you might recognize it. i think i see it just sitting in one of your pictures.

ok cool man, I poured a little gas in the intake and then did this:

So I am 100% positive my lines are right, could be out of fuel, or I could be missing a wire feed somewhere.

Also I forgot that the camera was still running when the car ran out of the fuel I poured into the intake.

are you sure that it didnt just burn the fuel in the intake?

that is exactly what I did, I know now the problem is fuel related, more than likely just need to hook up the power feed to the injectors, since all the ECU does is supply ground

your injectors must not be getting power then if its not running off the fuel rail. there should be a white/green stripe wire that goes to the fuel rail. thats one of the power wires for the rail. i think its on the 3 pin plug.
