is that too good to be true? or is that actually a KLDE.. it says JDM KL but look at that manifold.
That one in the pic is a DE for sure, the pics not the best but this one is a ZE and that is the straight neck intake

I'd say that's the one to buy...definite KLZE with external coil disty and correct intake manifold.

yeah i already notified the seller of my mistake. i bought it but didnt pay for it. im hoping he will just re-list the item..

i forgot about the coil. would i be able to use my old b6 ignition coil? or not enough power..?

The B6 coil should be fine...can't see a problem there and you get rid of that internal coil

                Comment

ok so far don't listen to anyone haha, if you want the best engine you can possibly get you have to look for a STRAIGHT NECK ZE, they come with the proper cams and everything unlike the curved neck ZE and Millenia engines that do NOT come with the ZE cams (most Milly motors, you'd have to open it up to check...ebay? good luck lol)

So just swap your curved neck over onto the straight neck and enjoy.

god there is alot of misinfo in this thread...

Jack is absolutely 120% correct and so is chris. everyone else should go reference their info from the V6 sites.

not trying to be a douche but wrong info is wrong..

Hey Dee, glad you got the motor at a good price. Bet you're itching to get that bolted in.

Shawn...most of the guys here are just doing their best to help Dee out by offering some advice or opinion. Some of us, including me, sometimes get it wrong but discussing it brings out the pitfalls and that can only be good, can't it ?????

Thats fine if you wanna help, but giving an answer just cause you want to help is no help at all if your giving incorrect information.

Best idea is to keep your mouth shut unless you are sure the advice your giving is correct, no?

and thats not directed at you, its a general statement to everyone.

thats why i made a general comment instead of outlining specific posts, i know everyone is trying to help, but when it comes to this man's cash it carries more weight.

dont get me wrong, i am not always right either, but if im not 95% sure ill check my resources first
