switch to alpha-n and you'll see the throttle response be so much faster than speed density. That's how my itb mx-3 was tuned.

Did you tune your car yourself? Or at least get it driveable? Might have to pick your brain some if possible.


Finally figured out my injector problem. Turned out I have a bad connector on one of the injectors. The pins inside were ever so slightly touching so it was giving constant 12v to both wires instead of a 12v and ground to fire. Was messing up the entire front bank because the one connector. It's always the little things. Lol

I have a few o rings to replace on the injectors but it's firing on all 6 cylinders so I can't complain!

What do you mean by TPS x RPM? Sorry if it's a noob question I'm still trying to wrap my head around tuning. Lol

Alpha-N = TPS x RPM

Its just a different A/F calculation method you can use with MS

Best it's ran yet on the itbs. Switching over to Alpha-N really seemed to do the trick. I was trying to run it on speed density previously. Reading the Megamanual really helps us stubborn folk who don't want to listen. -____-

Definitely in the future plans. I'm going to get use out my brand new distributor first though. I found a guy on Facebook using 6g72 coils from a 3.0 mitsu. Fits like it came that way from the factory. Probably the route I will go.
