If you need body parts, I know a guy in Belleville who just pulled the engine out of his '89 GT. I believe he is going to scrap the shell which is in pretty good shape. Let me know, and I can pass your email to him.

Definately! My GT needs the little piece under the headlight and a new fender. I believe I already have the bumper off of that car, Damkid picked that up.

Chipped 3.4L SOHC, 3.91 rear end, stock was 3.64. Pushing 3800lbs. I mostly baby it, drive 90% highway around 85 km/hr. On a straight flat stretch, the computer tells me I get 11L/100 km, that doesn't last long though.

I'll try and find the info. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is do-able.

Well, I drove the GT home last night finally. It definitely has some issues. Surges, goes lean while maintaining a steady speed, check engine light comes on occasionally, wastegate actuator pressure line is disconnected, boosts only to 5 PSI. I thinly it's all due to a bad alternator and the charge pipes leaking (the fact that they are covered in tuck tape indicates this was a known issue)
