        It is. Lol. I'm scared to take out the rest. The crank now spins freely so I'm assuming the others are ok. I'm going to rebuild the whole thing anyway. The crank is not damaged thank god. I'll post some more pictures tomorrow with my camera. Guess its time for my ZE rebuild thread. Lol

                  well this one almost made it a year. lol

                  oh well. im trying to decide if i should go full rebuild of the bottom end or just fix that cylinder. im leaning towards full build. what do you guys think?

                    Yikes, Looks like I won't be getting a ride in the BF ZE when I come up. Oh well I'll still stop and take a look. Looking forward to the rebuild for sure.

                      I dunno man, seems like once you're in there you might as well go for it, do a full rebuild, and start fresh.

                        Yeah I'm thinking rings, bearings, new gaskets, oil pump, and call it a day. decked heads most likely too.

                        ace who knows I might have it done in a few weeks.

                            be weary on how much you shave the heads. & any proper performance shop will know to machine the intake flange on the heads an equal amount.

                            if your old oil pump is fine i wouldn't chance it. but thats me.

                                Machining the intake flange is not necessary on a KL. The flange is flat where the intake sits and not at an angle like most Vee engines.
