    man that sucks. maybe you should get some stronger rods for the rebuild

        Update. I'm glad I decided to take the whole Thing apart. Turns out number 1 was slightly bent as well.

        Only pictures for tonight. I forgot my camera again. My block up next to my buddies 460 big block. We are building his motor right now too. Lol

          So running pig rich caused that bend rod on #5? i thought running lean is what bent rods?

          Anywhoo, gl on the rebuild. And the kl looks cute beside the 460. Like the 460 and the bp had sex, and it made a kl.

              Not just pig rich, stuckopeninjector rich. Hard to get a cylinder fulla liquid to complete compression and get the piston all the way uptravel ya know.


              That KL *is* cute ain't it. It looks like it'd fit just fine pointed the right direction in something like a Miata. It even looks like you could have a pair o' smallish turbos off each side and make it even more cute.

              Makes me wonder if anyone else 'sides me had similar thoughts after seeing "Cars"? Like "Golly I hope Lightning McQueen and the 911 get together and get BUSY cuz I wanna see what the kid ends up being, hee hee hee!
