LOL...once things are settled and the bodywork is done, I might start collecting boxes again. I've had the chance to buy a couple more, but am holding off for now.
Tomorrow I'm going to look at a '89 Tracer. <100k, manual, no power anything. Body/interior are supposed to be clean. I'd rather have a BG, but if the condition is good enough and the price is right, I'll try the BF.

So as im driving my car lately, she has a slight hesitation under boost at about 4000rpm and only in second gear. She breaks up for a second and then clears up. I dunno whats wrong but im gonna change some things with the fuel and spark delivery to see if that fixes it
dizzy springs and weights maybe? seems a little mild for that but check em.

I know something on mine thats gotten worse lately is at about -20 Vac, I get a poor transition between throttle and idle. If Im cruising at around 60 in 5th gear, and im steady, but let off the gas, not even a hair, it acts like spark just cut out, and drags, but if i give it a hair bit of throttle, it comes back to pulling. I know its not loosing spark, but it really is wierd. I can only assume its my dizzy really. Its puking oil out of the dizzy now as well, so im sure is coated pretty nasty inside. Time for a rebuild for sure. Hopefull ile have my new engine by next month.
Wow... ties the front bumper in really well.. Time to get a JDM rear on!

try adjusting your TPS. I had this when it was out of adjustment and would more or less cut fuel completely
Put the right side front suspension back together and installed the sway bar. The new endlinks are crap, some cheap mevic brand from rock auto, soft rubber and each one feels different not to mention the lock nuts didn't lock. Next time going with moog or beck/arnley. I bought just poly bushes for the rear since the hardware is still good. May be good, I wanted to soften up the front and stiffen the rear anyway. Those are H&R springs on KYB's and NA upper mounts. Calipers going to get painted or coated, has anyone got recomendations?
here's a pic
Here's a harbor freight puller set that worked AWSOME to get the outr bearing off the hub.
