yea I understand the broke part hahahah.

with the bronze bushings, can you still move the shifter at all? They're supposed to be tight before the break in usually.

I'll tighten them up and see if I can maneuver it.

Got my power steeering pump all hooked up and everything but my intercooler mounted. After I get some silicone couplers and band clamps I should have everything but an exhaust. I dropped almost 60 bucks of Royal purple tranny fluid into the tranny lol ouch...I still have to cut the outlet pipe of the ic piping and rotate it upward. Hopefully get it welded back together sometime down the road.

Here's how she's pretty much sitting as of right now. Dropped in some Valvoline VR1 10w30 cause it's a conventional oil and high in zinc and phosphorous for engine break in...after I put the RP synchromax in noticed my transmission is "oozing" ever so slightly where it comes together. I knew I shoulda resealed it when it was out, but I'm gonna try tightening the bolts. Ugh maybe someday I'll get an LSD and have a reason to take it out

I'm still not liking how the turbo xs bov mounts. I don't think it's gonna seal at all with that little rubber o-ring. I'll probably end up having to buy another bov..get a flange welded on and v-band clamp or something would be nice. Plus I gotta get a slim fan radiator fan to clear...or a couple pusher types, or both I've seen that done. I also got my fuel pump hooked up, but I need new seals and locking ring.

You shouldn't need a slim fan with a stock bpt setup. I have no rubbing issues and if you do, then you should just slot the radiator mounting holes to move it a little closer to the radiator support.

Okay so quick update...hopefully I should be able to fire it up Thursday!
                I got my intercooler mounted.

I ran a vacuum line from the bov to the intake and tee'ed into it for the boost gauge (It's fine to do it that way right?) I put in a 14" ebay universal slim fan.

Thursday I'm going to double and triple check everything with my pa and hopefully fire it up. I want to have someone there with a video to record it so hopefully a video too, but that may be bad luck lol

yep that's how I have mine hooked up. The T is right at the vac nipple basically though lol

Car's looking good man, glad to see some updates!

I just noticed I ran the lines for the MBC wrong lol dangit. Thanks man! Just gotta repin the harness and plug in the ecu. I bled the brakes today and need a new caliper for the rear...the bleeder screw twisted off. :/

Fired her up today! I've got a few kinks to work out though. It's running on two cylinders, but I think I may just have my firing order wrong. I didn't think to check it while I was there working on it. I won't be able to work on it again until Tuesday. I'm just excited that she fired up and I've got oil pressure. I'll post a video soon when my buddy emails me the video.

Dude Props haha. Awesome you did a great job man I'm sure you'll find it to be a very enjoyable build once you have figured out those kinks. :-)

Thanks man It's been a long long road, but hopefully it's gonna be sweet when all the kinks are worked out.

Well it wasn't the firing order. I'm getting spark to all the plugs...so it must be fuel. I'm just hoping it's not the injectors and hopefully a ground or something. It's not firing on cylinders 1 and 4 so that bank not firing at the same time makes me think it's electrical and not the injectors themselves.

Make sure that the rotor on the distributor is on the correct way. I'm pretty sure it is 2 or 3 different ways to put it on there. Also I'm pretty sure that the car has to fire through the first cylinder to start, not certain but I thought the firing order was 1423 or something like that. Can we get a picture of the wires also. Also, what guage pod is that?

If its turning on then the rotor is on right. If not the that could be your problem.... I think the firing order is 1243 clockwise..
