Well, turns out the bracket for the tranny mount (on the tranny) is different for each tranny. WHO WOULDA KNOWN!? So I need the one from the G series so I can get it installed. And I have to figure out what Im doing with the oil drain line still.

Other then that, the tranny is bolted to the engine. The wiring is in place, for the most part. Ecu is in. Oh ya, ran the coolant lines on the turbo.

Still trudging along. One step after the other. Manifold and turbo is all bolted down tight. Oil feed and drain tightened up. Auto throttle body bolted on. 4 wire tps is on (i think backwards? no idea). Alternator bolted on, figured out I need to change the pulley on it. Alternator is from the B6 and has the ribbed belt, need to put the BP pulley on it that is a V belt. Need to make sure I have all my motor/tranny mounts right and I shoould be ready to FINALLY drop it in. Wheres the 4th wire for the TPS go? Ill search around.

So turns out the b6 front motor mount bracket does not bolt to the BP. The rear tranny mount also does not work. The B8 engine harness and BP injector harness have different plugs. I also need a thermostat fan switch.
