damn. the worst is if the other person didn't have insurance, the second worst is when its the same company. this way they will know that you had an accident even if you didn't call the cops. but the good thing is it will be fixed and you WILL go to NOPI...[even if i have to drag you behind my car ]

Why is it the second worst when it is the same company? Both times my car has been hit we both had the same uinsurance company. They were courteious and they are being awesome this time around. They are going to fix everything paint and all

like i said, they obviously know that you had an accident even if you didn't call the cops, because your insurance is the one paying for it even though technically its covered under the other person, if that person was at fault.

but remember, florida is no fault state, which means the insurance company doesn't care wether it was your fault or not, they will drop you if they want to. lets say in two years your insurance was $2500, but in those 2 years you had 2 accidents and they paid out lets say $7000. you are a high risk driver to them and they might drop you when its time to renew because obviously you cost more than they can get out of you. if you are on your parents policy, they will probably drop everybody. insurance is not out to be fixing your car, they are out to screw you out of money and get as much money as possible.

your car is your baby to you but to tinsurance its just another car that unfortunately needs to get fixed and they are the ones stuck paying for it...paying more for it than what you have paid them. that's why i said its the second worst. if the other person was at fault and she had a different insurance, and you guys didn't call the cops, there is a good chance that the accident wouldn't have gone on your record and so your insurance company wouldn't have known about it.

i am surprised though that they said they would cover the paint job. you are lucky in that sense.

Well I know Im lucky, but I dont think that they will drop me. We havent had any at fault accidents in the 4 years that I have been on the insurance plan and none before that. We have had allstate for 12 years and never had any problems. I was told that since this is my first at fault accident that I shouldnt really worry about it..by a guy who was in insurance for 27 years. I also know the adjuster, he looked at my car when a drunk woman side swiped me. He saw how far it came and the shop knows how much this car means to me that is the only reason why they salvaged it. If it was stock it would have been totaled. my paint job being as professional as it was added to the cost of the cars value.

i am not saying you will be dropped. i obviously hope that you will not be. but again, they dont care whether accidents are at fault. to insurance accident is an accident like i wrote before. also, the adjuster doesn't make a decision to drop you or not and the main department that does that will NOT ask for his opinion.

we were dropped because i had 2 not at fault accidents and my mom had 1 not at fault accident.

AHHHH!!!!!!!!! more bad news. listen to this its kind of funny. some idiot has stolen my front bumper. what kind of a mooooron would do it to my car out of any other car. the idiot must not know it wont fit his honda or if the guy has a mazda he will be a dead give away due to the fact there is no other bumper like that one for a protege. im leting you guys know dima,vlad, anyone who sees at at the towers shops or anything just get the tag # for me please. i waslooking up yesterday and now mazda has a bumper simular to it but mine was the only one with the gills on the side. well if anything looks fishy just let me know. im trying to post pictures but for some reason its not letting me.

Tell Me About It. Im Not Fixing It Though. I Went And Put A New Tire And Brakes On The Bike And Ordered A Bad Ass Under Tail And Thats What I Will Be Riding For A While. It May Take A Year But The Next Time Green Demon (now Bumperless Demon Lol)hits The Street I Will Change The Color And Everything And Ill Leave It At My Parents Hows Where Its Safe. I Was Thinking Everything Baby Blue And White. Including The Interior. A Couple Of My Freinds Have Already Called Me A Fagit But I Think It Would Look Nice.
