About 250 dollars more and I'll have enough to make a down payment and buy the engine. Problem is, I can't do **** with the engine until there's another car to drive. The engine also only has a 3 month warranty and I'd rather not waste those 3 months.

It's going to be tough, therefore I have started the poor ass coder fund!



This one woman owes me 500 bucks.. I told her if she could come up with 300 bucks in 5 days I'd call it even. "I called my friend but he's going on a trip so he can't loan it to me". Why? Because God hates me :p:

I've got about 3.5 times enough saved to buy an engine, however the car is going to need a lot more work than I'm going to be able to put into it (struts, LX conversion, A/C, new fenders, new paint, etc.) so I've been saving to find a 94 LX or even an early 3rd gen.
