Then if the site wants any 3d elements its the same cost as regular work but then $5/min for rendering. which I split withteh company for machine costs. Then if the site wants flash its $100/hour. all in all its great money for a 19 year old right out of high school

I work for a company that makes signs for hospitals, hotels, schools, etc., specializing in meeting ADA law. We work a lot with Braille on signs. I'm sort of a "jack of all trades;" I do some graphic design, some technical writing, some software testing, and a ton of research. Right now I'm putting together a tutorial CD-ROM using Flash, updating one of our technical manuals for the European market, and beta-testing a new CNC routing/engraving program. I don't make nearly enough to put up with all the crap I deal with. Like the job; hate the bosses. Yes, bosses plural.
I'm also a fiction writer, although I haven't published anything since 1992... but this is my year; I can feel it...

was delivering pizza for the colubmbus, OH pizza chain donato's, but now my time is spent inside, working muh way up to shift runner/manager. probably won't last much longer here, but with the ****ty tips and the cheap ass people around here, i averaged about 12 or 13 an hour. now i make $6.60 an hour working what i just described. currently in a posititon where i'm looking for a new job desperately (hopefully customer service or call center making around 10 or 12 an hour). basically, my goal would be to work full time elsewhere, and part time at where i'm at now.. my time is coming, and soon i can afford a new car .. but that most likely won't happen .

I'm a county Civil Service employee, I work at a Social Services agency (MH, MR, C&Y) as a Information Technology Generalist I. My primary focus right now is database design, programming, implementation, but I'd like to get more into networking. Unfortunately I'm going to be stuck in the data side for quite a while. I do just about everything else though too, helpdesk stuff, website design (nothing fancy) www.joinder.org

I make good enough money for being 21, and it's a very stable job. I like it thus far

I work as a PT Technician (physical therapy) for Medical University of South Carolina hospital. I do every thing from assisting the physical therapists with helping patients walk, transfers, to pulsatile lavage (which is wound care). Some days it can be the best job in the world and others, it can really suck. You have to have a strong stomach esp. for the tunneling wounds and smells you see, but it doesn't phase me any. Since I work for the state, the benefits are great and the pay is pretty good considering what every where else pays for this type of position (around $20K per year). There aren't many FT jobs in this position unless you work for a pretty large hospital. I work 6 days one week and 5 the next, so I get OT every other week.

Blue, you should work for Tweeter with your talent!

I am surprised that you don't drive a Nissan. I take it that you had your Pro prior to working there.

Yes I did, but I honestly wouldnt want a Nissan unless it were a Murano or a Z. The other cars do not impress me at all.

                        You probably won't believe this.
I do Security. I also take classes to help and better myself in life also. I take school much more seriously now that I am older than I did when I was 19,20 or 22.

Basically I work for Pfizer. You know the company that makes Viagra. Yeah well they have a training facility at the Doral Arrowood Hotel in White Plains New York. It's called the PLC. I basically do reception. I make sure anyone that comes in to the PLC (Pfizer Learning Center) has a badge. If you don't have a badge, I can tell you to 1 urself.
I have internet access, I get free food from the 5 star restaurant, I can also stay in one of the rooms overnight Free of charge is need be.
When it is slow I am basically online and on clupprotege .. or anyother damn site I can find. When school is in session though I hit the books.

I make 30 grand a year and a raise is on it's way soon.

The new Maximas arent bad. I dont particularly like the body style, (my favorite is the 00-03 Maximas with a stillen kit) but they are a quality car from what I have seen.
