      Well when I started my acct 3+yrs ago I was told that if I make my deposit by 2pm then the money is avalable same day. So I deposited my check at 1:30,went home and started paying allllllllll my bills. When I went and balanced my books a couple days later I saw that I had a letter coming to me "overdraft fees-$165". I called to find out why this was. Come to find out that they changed the 2pm rule back in january. The new rule is the day you deposit your check(any time of day) only 100 is avalable and the rest is ready at 1201am the next day. So I tried to talk them into reversing the charges because it was a simple mistake. Its not like I paid bills and then made a deposit a day later or anything to where I really did fk up. They reversed 33 only. Helps but still 132 out of my pocket for paying my bills.

                    looks like you're on the right track man, the only tip i have for you is try to drink 7 to 9 tal glasses of water per day.. yes your body will retain water at first burn then you will see that you will dehidrate more often and rehidrate yourself making yourself sweat more and all in all lose more weight.. Your body is often confused with hunger and dehidration.. water is key in any work out or exersize.. So far, your outcome looks great.. don't give up!
