No, unfortunately you have to remove the sun visors. But that's what sun glasses are for.

I've taken to wearing hats. I never use sun visors anymore.

Oh I wear sunglasses too, and I'm not worried about going bald. It's going to happen eventually. I'm a little surprised it hasn't started already.
