It's just bare plastic. I never painted the tops. I prefer it that way, especially so on the front bumper, as I ALWAYS rest my knees on it when I'm working on the car. *shrugs* Trust me, the car isn't as nice looking as my potato of a phone lets on. Doing the bumpers up in "OEM-style" paint wouldn't add to the looks at all. lol I don't have to take it so seriously and I'm ok with that.
If it works for the overseas cars, it's good enough for me.
