Update-quest for an Oil Feed Line

After spending well over $50 in AN fittings & then realizing i bought stuff i wont' really use im feeling a little salty.

if anyone wants the following fittings they are for sale
(1) 1/8 NPT to -4AN turbo oil restrictor
(2) 1/4" NPT to -6AN straight fittings
(1) -4AN to -4AN swivel
(1) M10 x 1.0 female to -4AN adapter


Purchased a bunch more pieces for making the oil feed line including a 37° flare tool
purchased another turbo oil restrictor with my fingers crossed its the right one- why couldn't they make normal pieces
Finally figured out the cooling fittings thanks to ace hardware

oh & a big **** you to precision for telling me the wrong sizes causing this mess in the first place

anyhow im looking up on making some more progress.
downpipe flange+ gasket/T3 gasket (all stainless steel) came in the mail

^no new syncro's were not installed- they were inspected tho
everything falls within reasonable form


here are 3 pictures from today- started getting this manifold situated
Clearance to the water bypass pipe is minimal @ best
a couple extra love nudges with a hammer helped a little
clearance with that turbo/radiator are going to make things interesting

Camera is working- i picked up a 2 gig card last night- but didn't do anything FE3 related today- Next week the goal is to get the FE3 mounted back in the engine bay.
I've got my -4 AN tube sleeve/nut fittings from mcmaster/ the *37° flare tool to make the oil line.
i did pull the oil dipstick tube out- i'll be replacing it with the Kia one likely as it pushes the tube out of the way of the turbo towards the cam gears rather then out the front of the block.

next week has promise.
Next month there will be a new terror running around

Turbo is hung!

got the turbo hanging from the motor with clearance to the waterpump bypass tube
the 4th runner needs to be finished & then its time to run the oil/water lines
