Good morning Ryan... I was going to send the dipstick tube from the F2t to you but it's not the same at all...plus there's no dipstick...On another note, I noticed that on the F2t TB the larger butterfly is on top whereas on the FE3 the smaller one is on top... would there be an advantage in to swapping one for the other?

there is 2 butterflys.. one bigger and one smaller... the manual has the bigger butterfly on the top and smaller on the bottom.. atx has the bigger on the bottom and smaller on top. not an upgrade

put the car on the lift & installed the starter (had the FE3 G backing plate/spacer still bolted to the block) so that had to be cut & slid over a fraction

Alternator halfway in(need to get the lower bolt from [madtownmazda])
Exhaust from the old 323 connected to the downpipe. Yes the welds aren't the greatest on the SS portion- but i honestly don't give a rats ass so long as it functions.

found the external wastegate wasn't sealing properly so that had to be cut out & re-positioned accordingly.
Then i broke the mig gun.... so---- off to the welding supply shop tomorrow for a replacement

mmm.... I love me some v-bands! I like. What happened with the MIG gun? is it a spool gun, or the regular setup?

I found an adapter kit for my SP175-Plus that I want to get, it's only 30 bucks and allows fitment of a spool gun, which will make AL/SS welding SO much easier, just change bottles.

could you get another pic of the muffler/tip and how it sits in there? I've had troubles finding a regular muffler that is skinny enough to fit in the stock location.

wow looks good dood! I like your strategy of fitting the exhaust without cutting it lol

my strategy was to cut 4 slits 80% through the tube behind the "resonator"
Acting like an accordion i was able to pull the system over without having to fully cut & then try to match angles.
It doesn't look super nice but @ the same time its used 2.5" exhaust..... i "can't be fukd" worrying about it it'll work for now & thats all i care about.

                            More pictures tonight!
