I sell Piaa's at my shop. Their claim to fame is they are stock wattage. The technology they use makes them perform like a 110/85 Watt but they are only a 65/45 Watt (stock). Piaa halogen bulbs are kinda old technology now with all the new fangled HID technology, but they were / are pretty kool.

Would be a great idea, they would be the right color and PVC is not effected by ozone, which is the killer of MaZda A pillar trims. (I plasti-dipped mine already, just need to get the windshield in)

I spray plasti dipped the whole car including the A-pillar trims. I am not sure the next time I will be at the garage, but I will snap you a pic. Here is a pic of the mirror, that should give you an idea? (note whole car is also plasti dip spray painted)

Got the rest of the murdered-out lights back in.

I repainted the fastner on the rear quarter pop out windows and installed the quarter windows.

Installed the windsheild. It was out of my parts car. first I removed all the old goo.

My first attempt at glass installation. My friend that works at a GM dealershp body shop got me the windsheild frame primer and windshield primer.

Windshield all cleaned up and ready to put in. (this took hours) LOL

The windshield and wipers installed. I broke both of the windshield trims trying to put them back on, they were crazy brittle. I actually managed to get the wiper arms mixed up. Grabbed one that said "P" on it, figured it was the "passanger" side. Turns out if you look closer one says "PL" and one "PR" duh! I was so confused, thought I bought the wrong size wiper blades, actually measured the ones on my driver 323, before I figured it out.

Thanks! I used to work at a auto recyclers and I took out windshields all the time. The 323 is a very easy car to remove the windshield from. (many cars are mission improbable) Remove the A-pillar trim inside and out side. Then get a pick, or small screw driver you don't have an emotional attachment to and heat it with a lighter or propane torch then poke it though the urethane. Get some "piano wire" from an auto body supply shop and feed it through the hole you made in the urethane. Then get a dood on the inside of the car and one on the outside of the car and saw it out. Really watch what your doing because piano wire will cut through, metal, plastic and interior parts, if your not paying attention. I made a "special tool" which is a 2 pieces of wooden dowel with a hole drilled in them. I use them for handles to save my hands. (similar to the tool truck version, but it cost a dollar). If you plan on re-using the headliner remove it first. I cut the headliner of my parts car to ribbons when we cut the windshield out.LOL
