That all depends on what color you plan on for the entire car.

the car is going the color of the engine bay, its Mazda Rally Clear White, here's a pic of it on a car. It's the best pic I can find showing the proper tone, but its also found on base Mazda3s, not the fancy pearl paint, but the other white.

Rear engine mount is JDM mazda's stuff:

Besides, i've replaced left tie rod and rack end. Right one hasn't steering play.
PS I have posted some photos on forum, so if I gather them in one place, I can start my work log too . lolLast edited by labeo; 06-28-2010, 05:17 AM.sigpic

you should man, i really like your car, you're fortunate to get the options we all crave for over here haha.
i'm actually fabbing up a rear bumper to hold the license plate so it'll be close to the overseas BG, i'm just fiberglassing a plate section from a 323 lol.
what are your axles like in the front? there shouldn't be any play in the housing @ the spindle or the transmission.-Jack

Front rotors 22-20mm
Front pads 10-2mm
Front run out 0.1mm
Rear rotors 9-7mm
Rear pads 8-1mm
Rear run out 0.1mm
i'll need this once my digi caliper comes in, but i'm 99% sure my pads are thicker than 2mm haha.

been at my parents for a couple days, just taking a break from all the bull**** in london lol, but i brought home my autometer gauges and my upper steering column cover so i can mount the gauges on it, also marked where i need the gauges to sit so they don't interfere with the factory gauges...
i'll post pictures tomorrow once the glue dries and i get a layer of trim paint on it, i think it turned out damn nice for a low low price of nothing lol, had spare pcv stuff around, so i made that work out nicely.-Jack

yaaaaaaaaay updates!
added a mazdaspeed decal on the back, its measured to fit the contour of the spoiler when looking thru the rear view mirror, so it won't interupt with my vision!
Also got a bit crafty with my autometer gauges, i'm deciding on what type of 1/8" line to hook the gauges with...i'm thinking copper or steel. suggestions?
The gauges only cut off the 0-10mph off the speedo, and 7-8k on the tach, the upper pic does it more justice.
Also started messing around with the rear plate section, i've got it centered, just have to raise it upwards...measure 20 times, cut once haha.
