-go to store, park out on the moon as usual
-leave store, notice a bright orange modified Civic SI parked next to my car. lowered, knockoff 6ULs, exhaust, gauges on the A-pillar. the parking lot is virtually empty, and he parks right next to me. wtf.
-guy in Civic is trying very hard to not notice that there is someone getting into the car next to him.

dawned on me later that he was probably waiting for a girl to come out to the car, haha

My favorite are the knock offs of knock offs... Kid's cracking on one another making fun of the "fake rota subzero's" because he has "Real rota subzero's". Funniest crap I've seen in a while :-)

I'm still perfectly happy with my Rotas. 7 years string and the only damage is from a tire shop using a ****ty tool on the lip.

That's the problem. Cheap aftermarket cast wheels don't usually get repaired, they get thrown away. Brittle pot metal will usually crack/shatter before it bends any considerable amount. Forged or high pressure cast (many oem) are workable. Think rally car that finishes a stage minus 1 tire but 4 intact wheels vs the pothole that took a chunk out of your cast copy of a light weight forged racing wheel.

That said, whether you're talking about a nice heavy 03 ZX2 factory wheel or an old Rays MS-03. Neither should be a problem. Text/PM me.

I installed an mx3 "recaro style" seat on the driver side. (YAY!!! I finally can fit without having to sit slouched really low in the seat!!! Gosh, I missed these seats!!! I wish I had taken them out of my old 323 before i sold it...) Had to relocate the factory amp, as the seat rails were bottoming out on the amp. And while doing so, I stupidly messed up the wiring harness with a cutoff wheel when I was trying to cut the blower duct away for more room for the amp. Had to splice in some short lengths of wire to repair the stuff I messed up. So, instead of being a 30 minute job of just relocating the amp and bolting the seat back in, it turned into a 1 hour rewiring job, and then the 30 minute amp relocation and seat installation. I should have taken my time and gotten a light so I could see what I was cutting. But, I learned for the next time I do something like this. lol.

I also installed my factory armrest that I found in a junkyard.

yo, real talk? all you had to do was pop the wiring harness clips loose and turn the amp so that the leftmost hole on the amp lined up with the rightmost hole in the body and stick a bolt in it, that's all I did with mine.

All this wheel talk led me to get some more legit wheels. Not sure what car they'll go on for sure yet, but I'm excited about them none the less.
