          I deserve the **** getting thrown at me lol. I am worse than a woman in a shoe store.

          Oh yea ryan. Someone said that there would probably be hood clearence issues in the fe3 swap. Any word on that?

          Also if I put a t3 on the bp then swapped in a v6 yes technically it would be a downgrade.........untill that t3 gets bolted to the v6 . This is all just up in the air right now because next year we are hopefully geting into a house and the black car will get parked in the winters and a beater will take its place. At that time then I will make up my mind as to which direction I'll go with it.

            FALSE. My boy already put an FE3 in his protege with the mounts i'd say a good 70% done but no tranny attached and hood closed fine. Project never finished tho and he stuck with a BP.

            Deja Vu has tons of info on it i believe.

              this is what i plan on doing after i sell my hatch. pickin up a 94lx from somewhere southern (no snow = no rust). then doing a KL08 w/ KLZE heads/intake manifold and slappin in my 60 trim T3

              but you're already boosted. so just keep adding more boost.

                        you're tellin me

                        i think kl08 with klze heads would be a killer setup for boost though. should get around 160whp just in n/a. Then add my 60 trim t3 well that should be able to spool it quiet nice. stock internals = no reving past 7k tho LOL.

                          just remebr to swap out the KLZE retainers for the KLDE ones, even the DE's can break but are less prone

                                wtf is a kl08? Ive never heard of such a thing, and ive messed with the v6 for a good while now.These are your motor options:

                                KLDE/KL03=usdm probe 2.5L(de heads, cams,intake,9.2:1 compression) 164hp

                                KLZE=jdm 2.5L(ze heads,KL31 cams,ze intake, 10.2:1 compression) 200hp

                                KLDE/KL03 2.5L usdm milennia(ze heads,curved neck ze intake, de cams, 9.5:1 compression) 174hp

                                KFZE=jdm 2.0L(k8 heads, ze cams,ze intake,10:1 compression) 170hp

                                K8=usdm mx3 gs 1.8L(k8 heads, k8 cams,k8 intake, 9.2:1 compression) 132hp


                                chris, id suggest picking up a milennia motor like i did.Its not to far from a full ze, plus i picked mine up for $116 at a pick and pull.You already know my stance on which direction you should go, ive been trying to sway you for a couple years now.Not to be a dick, but im sick of people that try and compare an n/a v6 to the boosted bp.Youll make more power, with less effort with the v6, and youll be guaranteed to make more torque.You show me a bp that makes 298whp and over 300wtq at a whopping 8psi.Not to mention, youll never be able to make a n/a bp sound mean.
