SWEET MAN!!! Those stock manifolds look bulky anyways, the 93/94 style are much shorter than those...and if you run ebay headers, you shouldn't have any issues either.

That's a tight fit, but this will be sexy as hell!!

A suggestion if accessories are tight...gut the p/s pump (check the how-to) and drop the alternator down where the a/c use to be since it's at the bottom of the engine.

Either way...just sick man! How are the axles fitting?

Thanks for the tip on the 93/94 manifolds but if i buy new manifolds, they'll be headers for sure and re-locating the alternator sounds like a good plan too, and i have read the how-to on gutting the P/S pump which is in my plans for sure but thanks for the tips though!!

And i didn't actually put the axles in with the engine in yet, it probably took me an hour to an hour and a half to just get the engine in there and the rear tranny mount bolted in so once i got to that point i just took a few mins to check it all out and called it a day

hey i just thought of something, are your front springs/struts going to be able to handle the extra weight? i know the KL is all aluminum...but it's still beefy compared to the b6t lol

The guy who put this suspension on, i guess cost him $2000 for the set-up, the top spring is very stiff, the shocks are dampening adjustable as well, so yes the suspension will handle the added weight without any worries

Snappy whappy! This is sick. I hope the final engine is going to be super fine tuned. You're going to have to pull the engine out to change the spark plugs! This engine bay is crazier than that civic hatch (youtube Civette) with the corvette drivetrain in it!

ya they don't get used all that much anymore since they need so much air space, but when i decide to put them in my festiva i plan on making a fibreglass box that'll actually fit behind the rear seat

I may work on it a bit later today, if i do i'll mainly be cutting the upper rad support off so i can get the engine sitting straight for when i make the front tranny mount
