Hey yall jus browsing thru these pix and i gotta say you americans hav got a pretty similar style with modding your gtx's and bf mazdas. please feel free to check out the local car club that we have in little ol' New Zealand, which of course is dedicated to non rotary mazda's. www.amazd.co.nz - im wondering how rare these cars (1986-1992 GTX/GTR) are in the states......they're in abundance over here, just to let u know! I myself hav a 1988 bf mazda 323 Familia DOCH turbo 3/door 4WD (same shape as the blue one in the picture on this thread - i hav the facelift model tho, different rear end, the tag is on the bumper instead of between the lights, and i hav a bottom rear spoiler on bootlid). current mods are a 2 and a half inch exhaust from turbo to muffler, 4 inch tip, Garret TD05 turbo (factory WRX turbo), K&N pod filter, strengthened g/box, 4 puck clutch with 2000lb flywheel, Evo 7 frontmount intercooler, Evo 3 front bumper, shortened shocks (munroes) shortened springs (jamex), 17 inch advanti manicks and 205/40 tyres, 35mm tial external wastegate, Link managment system, custom paint - white with a blue pearl, 2 WRX bucket seats, no back seats, shaved door handles and locks.
future mods - NOS and forged internals - still factory 1600 engine.
i dont drive it every day, its sorta like my project car.

we got shafted in the states..... no gtx/gtr. Only ones we got were the old bf gtx 4wd, and even those are kinda rare. The later BG ones are awesome but we have to import all those.

              Nice site btw.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

don't forget the '88 323 GT with the B6t... it was a FWD turbo 4-door 323, they only sold them for one year in the states
