i am going to just run a mega squirt. Do every thing custom It is a good learning experince. I am probalby going with an edis 4 system from an escort 1.9l lx for ignition and it will be fun thanks for the offer though.

Ok I removed the engine by dropping it out. I pulled it off of the tranny then dropping the motor
down and out of the bottom. Then I pulled the tranny and dropped it out.

no I dont have ps or ac or anything else for that matter. But i got a clock from the junkyard and a protege lx cluster with tach and protege lx center console with cup holders. All the oil on the ground is from the tranny.

Oh yea I also found out the motor mount is the same between the b6t and the b6.

I was concidering swapping in power streering but I decided it would not be worth it.

will the Ford EDIS stuff bolt right into our engines? If it will then I'm definitely going that route for when I run my megasquirt (I've got a carputer to go with it too )

What are ya gonna do for a crank sensor for the edis????

All you realy need to get put on is the 36-1 wheel. I am probalby going to take the 36-1 wheel and my crank pully to a machine shop to get it mounted.

Electronic Distributorless Ignition System.

Silverchris. I've got an engine from a 90 Miata. 200,000+ KM but was running strong until the Crank snout failed. I believe the cams are hotter than the B6t pieces. I might decide to sell some **** off this in the near future if you're interested. Orangeville isn't too far from me (relatively speaking). I'd sell the cams with lifters (labeled for each cam lobe) and cam gears.
