Is there a part number for the piston, and should I replace them all or just the bad one? What would be some equivlent after market pistons?

You probably were running rich after you had detonation and caused some damage... when you have little compression in the other cylinders, the ecu may think that you just need more fuel.
So what are you gonna do now?... you're gonna have to change that piston, and I don't think you can just buy one, unless you go the dealership.
I'd replace all four... if you have some spare cash get some Wiseco 8.5:1 pistons or contact Flyin' Miata and get their 9:1 custom Wiseco's.
Keep the bearings in order and in the right rod and the rods in the right cylinder. Or you can change the bearings but keep the rods in order.

I was running NA BP ECU, I took out my upgraded fuel pump. I was running to rich.
My wideband A/F gauge shows that the NA ECU runs super rich but leans out really fast at high RPMS. You might have been too lean especially running the stock fuel pump.
