well, ideally we need a large parking lot a place where theres water would be nice. perhaps by a lake or so.

a median state needs to be choosen then we can search for parks/areas from there.

If we can colaborate a meet, it should be an open invitation for all mazda owners, so ppl on other forums should know too. that would be sure to have a large turn out.

Oh, a fancy name for the meet will help as well.

hey i like the idea of illinois or michigan will come out pretty close to me plus i got alot of mazda owners as friends two mx6,mazda3,97protege,my 91 protege im sure we can all show up and ofcourse you said its open to our mazda owner friends wich i happen to have a car crew here and we always get hammer it would be nice to go road trip for a car meet and get hammer both of the best things in the world i say we do it in michigan!!!! my vote says michigan also it is in the middle.......what yous think!

Is there any interest in having a Mazda invasion of a track day? There's Blackhawk Farms in North Ill., Gingerman raceway in Michigan, Road America in Wisconsin, and several racetracks in Ohio. Maybe if we got enough interest from other Mazda forums we could even rent the track for a Saturday and charge admittance. Or does everyone here not care about the cars and just want to get drunk?

illinois and michigan should be the only two states that should be considered cuz its in the middle of everything.... and track in the day and party at nyt sounds fun as hell...... no plans yet on dates and places... hmmmm beggining to think its only an appetizer...
