Ya its pretty compact back there with the factory rad but it will fit no problem, thats if your using a factory rad which i think you are.

if you want you can go with a slim fan if you have not yet.

I went with the civic half rad but it was like 3in thick and I couldnt fit my fan as a puller had to use it as a pusher. hated it.
I would stick with the factory rad what ever you do tho... its sufficient I think
Anyone knows what 9K rpm feels like? I do

Yea stock rad, and I'll be using a slim fan since I'm going with a custom turbo inlet pipe lol.

I'm gonna try to pick up some 2" exhaust pipe tomorrow, and take the chop saw to it and figure out the outlet pipe. I'm going to cut it at different angles, use multiple pieces, tack it, then bring it off to be welded. No access to mandrel bends locally lol

i know!!! aiming for May 1st! Still waiting on parts to show up in the mail still tho!

          intercooler
          bov/flange
          inlet pipe

so that's kinda holding me back a bit hahaha. I need to get an intercooler so I can cut the front IC pipes to proper lengths dammit!!! lol

I think the BOV is the one thing on the list I don't really need right now since none of the piping is permanently mounted and my inlet pipe is non-existent lol

well bought some 2" pipe today lol about 10ft of it! Can't argue with $20. Anyways I'll be attacking that after this post lol.

So far I've installed all the clamps on the coolant lines, looped the 2 at the back of the hardline (no coolant is running to the intake/tb ) installed the rad, filled it up and started her up.

She ran REAL rough, 3cylinders wouldn't idle so I pulled the ignition wires and put on another set that has copper ends, and it idles smooth now! Adjusted the idle screw and timing to OE specs, and it idles at 750rpm

Feels good to be able to allow the car to idle longer than 10 seconds now tho haha. Just need a slim fan to finish the coolant system.

Started working on the turbo outlet pipe, and it's coming along real nice! so far I have 6 difference angled pieces cut up, cleaned and marked for welding.

Once its welded up I can have it welded to the flange, I forgot to mark the flange so idk what angle the first pipe is turned to lol. Either way when It was all taped together, it's no lower than the oil pan so I'm golden!

Glad to hear you got it running smooth. My bad about the fuse holder. I swear I had some! I just couldn't find it after looking in all the places it should have been.

well the company I had order the ES bushing kit still hasn't gotten them in...it's been forever! I really want to get some front end work started and I'm waiting on them! Well at least the frame bushings! So I ordered some model specific 15/16" frame bushings from RuK productions. They're polyurethane, so we'll see how they hold up.

edit: also ordered another 2.5" straight coupler, since I need an extra one to finish my IC piping

well the outlet pipe is almost done, decided to try my dads welder today lol, after about 30 minutes of messing with the dials, I was able to tack the pipe together and then welded it together little by little...so lots of chunky welds and splatter all over the pipe, but I started to grind them all down until the pipe got caught and almost cut my finger off in the grinder! If I wasn't wearing my safety gloves It would have ground my finger to the bone!!!! YIKES!!!!

Luckily 'tis only a flesh wound!
