nope.. after you let off the gas after it shifts into second.. it struggles for something.. it chokes usually 2-3 times.. stalling after a time or 2 of choking... idle didn't help, and neither did the blow valve adjustment..

looks like the rpm that it shifts to with zero throttle is either too rich or too lean

It is defenitely the MAS getting nuts. Some device to correct for air/fuel mixture would be ideal although expensive.

                Dude...
                Slap on an intercooler.
Even if it's a small talon intercooler or somthing..
it's gona blow it won't be long..

                But it's a nice setup.
                verry clean.

To stop the sluggish take off on the 1.5 auto's, purchase the adjustable
cam gear from corksport. It improved my take off greatly! All it does is advances
or retards the time. Well worth the $172 i spent on it....

I would get a nice water injection (custom made) instead of an IC.

my engine used to sputter and stall out sort of like you're describing after i installed my short ram intake. it turned out that one of the smaller breather lines that i connected to my intake had become kinked, i simply straightened it out and everything runs 100% now. its hard for me to see if anything on yours is being kinked or pinched but you should check that out for sure.

hmmmmm ok ill give it a go, do you have a recirculating bov, or just an open air??????? if you have a regular bov, you need to recirculate it, that will help the stalling out alot! if not keep playing with the idle, that fixed mine, the stalling is caused by your maf freaking out, i read somewhere about changing the positon of the maf, ill look that up, and let you know.

i think this is what your talking about

you can't really tell from that pic, but its located about a foot and a half from the filter that draws from fender..

when i let off the gas and here the BOV.. i can also hear what sounds like the CAI letting out air, or almost like a fart sound....

For the guys that are interested in buying the kit. Last time i talked to Kevin he told me $3200-3500, for the kit depending if you want polished pipes of powder coated pipes, that also come with intercooler. And headers for for 1.5L are $630 and that would include shipping to east coast.
