    Sneak Peak one almost done

I have to admit Im gettin kinda xcited to get these things on.
Note cone spacers for bearing,I think i phucked the slots and will most likely
scrap this top plate and do another one.
I threaded the cone spacers so they act as a nut.
There is one on the bottom of course as well.

Using Linux for anything serious besides server or software dev is like using a tin can and a string for telecommunications.

Im not really too worried about ride height because i can raise or lower the collar on the strut body to offset any change because of the new/different upper mounts.Overall drop will be as low as possible without tire scrub or scraping the front bumper .
At some time im going to do lower tie bars so i want a fair amount of clearance.

im seriously condisering gettin a small milling machine.

It was going to be either the taig or the sherline, taig is more sturdy and larger for sure but this was a decent deal.
                      I wanted this setup :

but he wouldnt ship to me.
                      This collection is very complete.

Only problem is now I have to wait for the mill now before i do the slots on the mount plates, good news is now doing caster slide plates will be a breeze.
I think i may have just wet my knickers.

That auction is an awesome deal (for now)
All borders for commerce are shrinking worldwide,I believe this to be true.

                                Update? NOT!

I havent been around in a while because i have been trying to buy a mill.
The one i got off ebay turned out to be no deal.I paid 30 seconds after the auction closed and waited 2 weeks for shipping info. The guy never shipped but finally refunded my money after filling a dispute.
Then i chased a few more but didnt win them. Was gonna buy locally but the sale price was over by the time i was ready.
Then i found a dealer here in Canada and was prepared to buy new but the guy who handles that aspect of their business was on vacation for 2 weeks.
Latest effort is another ebay purchase, this one looks good, got tracking and info this time.It took the guy a whole week to drag the stuff down to the UPS store but its finally on the way!FTW.
Now i just gotta figure out how to work all that jam.
At this rate ill have the suspension done in time to put it all up on blocks for the winter.
