What I was referring to is that main 30Amp fuse - the one at the actual pump is not blown for sure.
I'm sorry my responses are such a rush, trying to write them at work.
The relay works like this: MS grounds out the light green wire which allows electricity to flow through the white/red through the inductor coil. This closes the switch linking white/dark green wire in the diagram to the black/pink wire. This switch (inside the relay) is what turns on your fuel pump. The white/red and light green wires are only used to turn on the switch inside the relay - and that switch is what turns on the fuel pump. So by shorting out the white/red with the black/pink you are bypassing the relay and turning on the pump that way but it's safer to go through the relay due to the higher current draw of the pump.
I hate to put a shameless plug in here but I've done a lot of troubleshooting for people buying MS units elsewhere and I have to say that if you buy the unit from then you won't have any of these issues and full support.

i just put a new 30 amp fuse under the hood well its one from the junk yard i have 10 of them now to swap around lol never have to many when they are $35.00 each
so im guessing the main fuel pump relay is no good!!! i have 2 but none work

sorry i didn't know about the thread Ive been busy
ok have you resolved the issue with kpa readings? if not have you copied the easy therm files to he car folder?
also if the fp is not coming on then either the FP relay is toast or the fp is dead or the extra fuse ford added as a recall ad don to the fp harness might be popped (its under the rear seat if you have one)
if you ground the light green wire on the FP relay you should hear the fp come on
if it doesn't then you need to test to make sure you have voltage on the FP relay plug (aka circuit opening relay) (do both of these checks key on)
hope this helps let me know if you need more infomation or youve tired this
